This concept for the University of Pittsburg Medical Center, was to have athletes movement captured in x-ray.
I was in charge of designing two of the 15s genre themed IDs for the Paramount channel.
The ID's had to use movies from a specific list of Paramount classics.
For Scifi I used Terminator, Barbarella, War of the Worlds, and Star Trek.
The characters had to be recognizable but we weren't aloud to use stills or cuts from the original movies.
The IDs needed to be full of filmic transitions, big moves and clever reveals. An Homage to Paramount Scifi.
Behind the Scenes was tricky because it didn't have iconic movies to fall back on. I had to show a few interesting parts of shooting and post in a film project, while still looking consistent with the other IDs.
The idea was to show the world of a bootlegger. Hiding under docks. Drunken partying. Floozies. Smoke and mirrors with a foreboding doom.
I worked closely with a creative director to visualize the following space improvements for a large sports network office in Chelsea.
Our task was to take the existing space and find inexpensive ways to make it look more modern.
These were explorations for the Helix titles. The director wanted a new type treatment for each episode. The titles were supposed to feel like clues that had been there the whole time.
I was trying to make an abstract point of contact.
